We collect different categories of data depending on how you use the Platform:

2.1 All Users

• Account Information: Name, email address, username, and password (stored as a hashed value)
• Profile Data: Profile photo, bio, and public-facing profile information you choose to provide
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, dashboard access records, brand monitoring queries, and report downloads
• Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and referring URLs
• Communications: Messages or feedback you send to our support team

2.2 Subscribers

• Purchase History: Records of plans you have subscribed to and billing confirmations
• Payment References: DodoPayments customer ID and the last four digits of the payment method used (we do not store full card numbers — see Section 4)
• Subscription Status: Your current plan (Starter, Growth, Pro) and billing cycle

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Platform and its features
• Process subscription payments and grant access to monitoring features
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Send transactional emails (receipts, refund confirmations)
• Send platform update emails if you have opted in
• Comply with legal obligations, including tax reporting and financial record-keeping
• Analyze platform usage in aggregate to improve user experience

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Payment Data and PCI Compliance

All payment card data is handled directly by DodoPayments, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. SeenForAI does not receive, store, or process raw card numbers, CVV codes, or full billing addresses. We store only:

• Your DodoPayments customer ID
• The card type and last four digits (for display purposes)
• Transaction amounts and timestamps

By making a purchase, you also agree to DodoPayments's Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with trusted third-party services that help us operate the Platform:

We do not use third-party advertising networks and do not share your data with advertisers.

7. Data Retention

After the applicable retention period, data is deleted or anonymized.

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest
• Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
