We offer Starter, Growth, and Pro subscriptions on monthly and yearly billing cycles.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then.
- Monthly subscriptions: Payments are non-refundable once processed. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
- Yearly subscriptions: If you cancel within 7 days of your initial yearly charge and have not made significant use of Pro features, you may request a full refund. After 7 days, yearly subscription payments are non-refundable.
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., double-billed or charged the wrong amount), contact us immediately and we will issue a correction.
Regardless of the category above, refunds will be granted for:
- Duplicate charges: You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Unauthorized charges: A charge was made on your account without your authorization (report immediately).
- Service not delivered: You were charged for a product or feature that was never made available to you due to a platform error.
- Billing errors: The charged amount does not match the stated price at the time of purchase.
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or order confirmation
We will respond within 5 business days to confirm receipt and begin our review. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed through DodoPayments, our payment provider.
- You can expect the refund to appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated on our end.
