These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SeenForAI ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") — a subscription-based platform for AI brand visibility monitoring. By creating an account or using the Platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
SeenForAI is a brand monitoring platform that tracks how your brand appears across major AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Doubao, Kimi, and DeepSeek. SeenForAI provides the infrastructure for prompt scanning, Share of Voice analysis, sentiment tracking, citation monitoring, and reporting.
SeenForAI acts as the seller of record for all transactions on the Platform, responsible for billing, handling refunds, and ensuring tax compliance on sales.
To access most Platform features, you must create an account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.
New users may start a 14-day free trial of any paid plan at no cost. No credit card is required to begin. A reminder email is sent 3 days before the trial ends. If you do not subscribe before the trial expires, your account reverts to the free plan (1 brand, 5 prompts/month, 1 LLM).
Subscribers have paid for a Starter, Growth, or Pro plan and may access all Platform features included in their plan tier. Subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Platform and its reports for their own internal business purposes. Subscribers may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute Platform data or reports.
SeenForAI offers the following plans:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize SeenForAI to charge your payment method on file for each renewal. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by DodoPayments, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to DodoPayments's Terms of Use. SeenForAI does not store full payment card details; all payment data is handled by DodoPayments in a PCI-DSS compliant environment.
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. For users in certain jurisdictions, applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout and is collected and remitted by SeenForAI.
The SeenForAI name, logo, website design, platform software, scan methodology, and all reports generated by the Platform are owned by SeenForAI or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any Platform output or the right to use SeenForAI's trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use Platform data and reports for your own internal business purposes. No title or ownership is transferred. Redistribution or resale of Platform reports or data is prohibited.

Refund eligibility and the process for requesting a refund are governed by our Refund Policy. SeenForAI has sole and final authority over refund decisions on all transactions.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SEENFORAI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEENFORAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
SEENFORAI'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SEENFORAI IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.
SeenForAI may suspend or terminate your account or restrict your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SeenForAI is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect.
